Any other issue arising acceptable to the convened assembly
As the appropriate, ultimate voice through whom God directs His church, the FOHC assembly may decide whatever issues it deems advisable and necessary to address.
The body of an independent church is responsible for, and authorized to be, the final arbiter of the Godly, orderly functioning of its affairs, worshipers, and servants. In fulfillment of this duty and privilege the assembly may address any issue it deems necessary.
“Reformata, semper reformanda” is a Latin phrase commonly translated as “The church reformed, and always reforming”. The phrase is not a charge for the church to evolve in an ever-changing culture, but a battle cry to continuously reform the church as we seek improved alignment with holy scripture.
